How do I book a reservation?
Reservations are guaranteed online currently through airbnb only.

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change last minute, If yours do, we just ask that you let us know 5 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.

Maximum occupancy for a bungalow?
The maximum occupancy for each SANTO Bungalow is (2) adults. SANTO is custom designed for couples, solo travelers and remote work.
There will be a $50 USD fee charged for any third person per night. (infants excluded)

Is there Wi-Fi available at SANTO for remote work?
Yes
SANTO features high-speed Starlink WiFi throughout the bungalows, making it an ideal escape for remote work, digital nomads, and extended slow travel on the Sea of Cortez.

Do guests have access to beach palapas?
Yes
Beach Palapas are exclusively for guest enjoyment only - limited to (1) one palapa per bungalow stay.

Can I swim in the ocean directly in front of the property?
Yes
The Sea of Cortez in San Felipe is famously calm and warm, making it excellent for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and morning beach walks.

Are the bungalows directly on the beach?
Not directly
SANTO is located on a beachfront property, but sits just a few steps away from walking barefoot onto the sandy shores of the Sea of Cortez.

Are bonfires or BBQ grills allowed on the beach??
No
To preserve our beaches clean and ensure guest safety, personal bonfires and BBQ grills are not allowed on the beach or the bungalow porch.

Can I bring drinks to the beach?
Yes
you may enjoy beverages on the beach; however, in order to keep our beach clean and safe for others to enjoy, we “do not” allow glass bottles on the beach. Please use reusable or aluminum containers.

Are pets allowed at SANTO?
No
While we love pets too and appreciate the joy they bring to peoples lives. To ensure the highest standard of safety, comfort, and cleanliness for all of our guests, pets are not allowed inside the units or on the immediate premise.

Can I smoke in the bungalow?
No.
Santo is a 100% smoke-free property. If we find that you’ve lit up in your room, we’ll charge a fee.

Is secure parking available on-site?
Yes
Secure on-site parking is available for guests staying at SANTO, with convenient parking located directly adjacent to each bungalow.

Do I need a 4x4 vehicle to access SANTO?
No
SANTO is easily accessible via fully paved roads. A 4×4 vehicle is not required to reach the property from the main highway or the US border.

How close is SANTO to downtown San Felipe?
SANTO offers a secluded beachfront experience while remaining incredibly convenient.
Located just a short walk from the Malecón waterfront, guests can easily explore local restaurants, bars, cafés, and artisan curios while still enjoying the peaceful privacy of the beach.
